We would like to remind families that the Cambridge YLE exams will take place this week, on Thursday 28 May during the morning. All parts of the assessment will be held entirely on our school campus. Throughout the year, our pupils have been preparing for this moment in a variety of ways, gradually becoming familiar with the exam format and developing the different language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. This preparation has followed a pedagogical approach aligned with the IB philosophy, encouraging active learning, reflection and the well-rounded development of each learner. In this way, students have become progressively familiar with the tests while combining learning with dynamic and engaging activities. These certifications offer valuable benefits: they strengthen pupils’ confidence, provide formal recognition of their level of English and encourage their motivation to continue learning. We would also be grateful for punctuality on Thursday morning, as all levels will begin their exams first thing.
